The house edge differs between bets in Sic Bo so it is best to stick to the bets with the lower house edge and ignore the rest. The house edge for Big, Small, Odd and Even bets is just 2.78% but house edge rises as high as 18.52% for specified double bet. Therefore all players should only bet on the Big, Small, Odd and Even bets as these offer the best value.
